I am a shattered pot

Chards of clay

I am a tattered knot

Threads of fray

I am a melted cube

Water unformed

I am an emptied tube

Paste forlorn

I am a hemorrhaging wound

Blood of death

I am a smashed cocoon

Beauty bereft

I am a broken glass

Sand all scattered

I am a fractured mast

Sunken matter

I am a spilled can

Liquid of waste

I am a broken man

Flesh displaced

He is the potter

Who glues me whole

He is the knotter

Who binds my soul

He’s the cool air

Who firms me up

He’s the lion’s share

Who fills my cup

He is the fastener

Who clots my flow

He is the planner

Who repairs my home

He is the glue

Who pieces me back

He is the crew

Who repairs my cracks

He is the water

Who always slakes

He is the order

Whose love remakes.
